Our story began in Penghu, a beautiful island community off Taiwan’s coast, known for its clear waters and natural beauty. In 1978, we founded Penghu Uncle Foods, bringing customers delicious seafood snacks and specialty foods.
In 2026, following TSMC’s expansion to Phoenix, we opened our first U.S. restaurant to share the authentic flavors and distinctive food culture of Taiwan.
